Supreme Court Certified Mediator (Circuit and County Court) # 18722 CR Mr. Manker is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator, Florida Department of Financial Services Mediator, Department of Agriculture Mediator and a Mediator for the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile Homes. He is a FINRA (NYSE and Nasdaq) trained and certified Arbitrator, American Arbitration Association trained and a National Futures Association Securities Arbitrator. He is also on the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris) list of commercial mediators. He is experienced in conducting Florida foreclosure mediations for Banks, Mortgage Companies Commercial Property and Home owners. Manker regularly mediates hurricane and insurance claims for major insurance companies and the Florida Department of Financial Services and others. He has mediated and arbitrated over 800 pre suit and Court Ordered Mediations and Arbitrations. Since 1978 Mr. Manker has been involved with business negotiations, dispute resolution and strategic assessment/implementation. He earned an MBA from Boston College in strategic planning after graduating from Temple University in Philadelphia. He started a number of entrepreneurial, hi-technology and communications ventures and also a corporate planning and business development organization for a multi-billion dollar, diverse “hospitality company”. He had full P&L responsibilities for a group of manufacturing, distribution and technology companies for this multi-national organization. Prior to his working for this public company he was associated with an international management consulting firm on a range of complex and technical projects across multiple functions, disciplines and industries. Manker, since 1987, has been managing director of West Shore Group (USA) focusing on mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, technology products/services and distribution worldwide. He originated and negotiated O.E.M. licensing agreements with a number of international technology manufacturers to introduce and proliferate facsimile technology throughout North America. He is currently licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as a business intermediary and has helped buyers and sellers reach agreement on the acquisition and divestiture of mid market, small business and commercial assets throughout North America. He was appointed to the Business Brokers Education Committee to help assure the continuing education and understanding of best practices for his professional associates.
